IVAN VIKTOR

Son of the infamous Ex Sky Captain Ahab ‘Dreadbeard’ Samson, whom commanded the mighty Air-Galleon The Pequod. Well known for forming one of the largest sky pirate fleets to have ever assembled. Although there are hundreds of stories about Captain Ahab, yet his most famous tale is that of his death, it has been told that Ahab had lost his mind and had proceeded in hunting a giant mechanical flying whale, which he believed hid in storms and destroyed towns and villages wherever it went. He had come to believe this upon witnessing several of his ships falling prey to it , he headed into a storm over the bermuda triangle and that he nor his ship nor crew have ever been seen again.

His mother Tania was an engineer on the Russian Zeppelin затмение (Eclipse). She and Ahab met whilst he served on the Eclipse, 2 years before he decided to leave the Cloud Battalion and become a sky pirate. Ivan was born on the Eclipse and his mother was forced to leave the Battalion to raise him. Ivan’s mother never saw his father again, Ahab tried to see Ivan on occasion, but his mother wouldn’t let Ahab anywhere near her son, not after he became a pirate. Why he became a pirate no-one would ever know. Ivan knew who his father was and at the age of 16 began his 2 year service into the Cloud Battalion like his father and mother before him. 2 years later the Cloud Battalion had found The Pequod by itself, separated from any other pirating vessels and the famous pirate fleet no-where to be seen and began chase in order to kill their leader, Ahab. Ivan joined the hunt, full well knowing what would happen if they caught The Pequod. The chase was long, and eventually The Pequod was in firing distance. Ivan managed to sabotage the main gunnery on board the main Zeppelin and saved his Father’s life, this gave The Pequod a chance to escape. Ivan also managed to escape from the Zeppelin, But his life was now that of a Pirate and he would never return home. He chased Ahab, looking for answers as to why he left his mother, why he became pirate. But by the time he had caught up with Ahab, he had begun to chase the storm which would bring about his death. Ivan soon learned that his mother had been killed by the Military upon learning of her connection with Ahab. Ivan now had no family, no-where to go and many questions left un-answered. He found himself on a pirate airship, signing up as its Navigator.
Here, he met Victor Watermillock, and so our journey begins.

Victor Watermillock- The Engineer.

Son of a Royal Airforce Airship engineer named Heinrich Watermillock and mill worker Victoria Watermillock. Victoria died in childbirth, and Heinrich brought the child, named after his mother, up among his work place, being the engine room. Victor was trained up as an engineer, but also in the use of a gun (due to it being the military), until Heinrich was murdered by the captain of the ship because he accidentally overheard a communication between ships planning to defect from the Airforce. With this, Victor became orphaned at age 15. The only thing he had left from his father was his gun. He was sent to a workhouse, which he escaped from violently, wielding his father’s gun against the guards. He ended up on a pirate airship after 3 years of stealing and being on the run from the authorities, vowing revenge on the people who murdered his father, and took up work as the ship’s engineer.
